Before proceeding, it is imperative that the individual described in the application confirmation (the ‘Client’ defined as ‘You’ or ‘Your’ as the context allows) reads, understands, and acknowledges the terms as set out in this document (the ‘Agreement’) before clicking the button titled ‘I accept the Terms and Conditions’ (‘Confirmation’) which will form a binding legal agreement between You and FameFusion.

If You proceed with Confirmation (either directly via the Website or our platform OR if FameFusion has processed this for You on your behalf), it is Your intention to permit ‘FameFusion’, ‘Us’ or ‘We’ (being FameFusion Trading Pty Ltd ABN 32 534 377 456  trading as FameFusion of Gold Coast QLD 4218 to facilitate paid endorsement deals, promotional partnership, influencer or affiliate marketing deals between You and a current or former elite athlete/s or sports person/s, entertainment or media personalities or person/s objectively known as a ‘celebrity’ or 'influencer'  (the ‘Talent’) as chosen by You.

By proceeding with Confirmation or instructing a FameFusion employee to proceed with a Confirmation on your behalf, You warrant in favor of FameFusion that you:

1. are 18 years of age or older;

2. have authority or the valid delegated authority to proceed with or authorize a FameFusion employee to proceed with Confirmation; and

3. have read, understood, agreed to and accept all of the terms, conditions, and obligations contained in this Agreement and arising as a result of Your Confirmation; whether confirmed directly by yourself or someone you authorize to on your behalf including a FameFusion employee or authorized FameFusion representative.

You understand and accept that, given FameFusion’s facilitatory role in the Engagement, the Talent is not a party to this Agreement but a third party (and does not include FameFusion.) 

This Agreement governs Your relationship with and obligations to FameFusion only as to the facilitation of the partnership, (‘Parties’) and insofar as You have an issue and/or dispute with the Talent in connection with the Engagement, this is not a matter to be raised by You under this Agreement, and FameFusion has no liability to you in respect of the Engagement with the Talent.

 

1. Acceptance of Terms:

2. Intellectual Property:

The content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of FameFusion and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

3. User Conduct:

4. Limitation of Liability:

FameFusion is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the website.

5. Governing Law:
